The seat was beautiful and well made. Unfortunately, the shiny black finish was very scuffed by the corrugated packaging material. I returned it (very easy to do......kudos to Amazon) and ordered another. Hopefully this one will arrive in better condition.Unfortunately, the next one was the same way. I would now give this product one star. This is not Amazons packaging issue....it is the manufacturers problem |
